This is a series of prompts used to extract data from email engagement data.
Email history data comes from email servers, but if you're using sales tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong, sales email threads are often already logged in the CRM such as the Task object in Salesforce.

What You Can Extract
The type of data you can extract (data fracking) from these emails includes:
- What type of email engagement is this, for example, scheduling a qualification call, rescheduling an appointment, meeting follow up, out-of-office, or unsubscribing? Knowing what type of engagement it is can trigger the appropriate workflow and also determine if the engagement is meaningful enough to be included in attribution analysis.
- If it is an out-of-office (OOO) email, determine if the OOO is short term or long term. If long term, when will the person be back in the office? During the OOO period, is there an alternative contact named and what is that delegate's contact information?
- Email signatures can contain the most up-to-date and accurate data such as job title, mobile phone number, LinkedIn URL, and company website.
